If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 60 days to return or exchange an item purchased online with a valid receipt.
Refund Conditions:
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange of unwanted items (Wine, Spirits, Cider or Merchandise) must be returned un-opened or unused with a valid receipt of purchase via the Redstone Winery Inc. website or retail store only.
- Full refunds or exchanges will be given for defective products purchased via the Redstone Winery Inc. website or at the retail store. To return defective wine, spirits or cider either bring the spoiled product to our retail facility located at 3955 Cherry Ave., Vineland, ON with a valid receipt or contact us by email at info@redstonewines.ca.
- Refunds will not be given for wines that have been cellared incorrectly or have gone off due to age.
