Wine 101 – Intro To Wine Tasting

In this workshop, we will discuss Canada's place in the wine world and how Niagara fits in, including which grapes grow well in our unique soil and climate. You'll learn techniques on how to properly taste wine and get the most out of what's in your glass by tasting through a selection of Redstone favourites.
