Wine 101 – Black Glass Experience
April 19 2026 @ 12pm
Experience wine in a whole new way! In this guided blind tasting, wines are served in opaque black glasses so you’ll rely entirely on smell and taste, removing visual bias and sharpening your other senses. You’ll learn how to identify wine through aroma, taste, and structure, and enjoy thoughtfully paired bites to further discover how food transforms flavor.
