Private Tasting Experiences are available by appointment only. Walk-in tasting flights and wine by the glass are available, no appointment required.

Reservations must be booked and paid 2 days in advance.
We kindly ask that cancellations be made 24 Hours before scheduled Experience for a full refund.

11:00am – The Ultimate Cave Spring Experience:

Your experience will begin with a glass of our exquisite Blanc de Blancs Brut to invigorate the palate. Venture into our iconic vineyard and stroll through our home farm with over four decades of grape growing under your feet. Settle in for a private and exclusive tasting experience, in the most beautiful spot at CSV, nestled below the stunning Niagara Escarpment. Taste our top-tiered wines while we share the Pennachetti story, our progressive integrated farming practices, and winemaking philosophies.

12:00pm – Malivoire Wine Cellar Experience:

An engaging and educational tour of our certified sustainable, gravity-fed* winery will take you on a journey through our winemaking process. From the crush pad to our barrel cellar, we’ll guide you from grape to glass with a selection of limited edition vintages. Our wine ambassador will provide the story behind every wine you taste, while regaling you with 25 years of Malivoire lore. This exclusive experience will be highlighted by a sample direct from the barrel to give you a glimpse of a wine-to-be.  You’ll follow the journey of the wine from tank, to barrel, to bottle, and to glass.

1:00pm – Redstone Wine & Dine Experience:

Come join one of our wine experts for an exploration of your senses. Learn about how to taste wine and then put your senses to the test as you try to identify the wines hidden in your black glasses. This experience is part education and part tasting but a whole lot of fun! These wines come with a cheese pairing that will showcase how to pair wines with different flavours.
