Private Dining

The Restaurant at Redstone welcomes groups of up to 80 guests for celebrations of any kind.  We kindly ask that groups of 11 guests or greater secure their reservation through our events department at
Our private dining room and adjoining private patio comfortably hosts groups of up to 22 guests.

Our private dining room boasts a beautiful, custom-made White Oak table and gas fireplace.

The adjoining patio the ideal space for pre-meal cocktails, after meal digestifs or the meal itself (weather permitting).

The private dining room carries a rental fee of $250.00+ HST, however, we are pleased to waive the rental with a minimum, pre-HST expenditure of $2000 for reservations between October 31 and May 1. 

Menu formats are determined by the size of the group as follows:
-10 guests or less, full a la carte menu
-11-15 guests, 3/3/3 a la carte menu
-16+ guests are required to have a set plated menu

In the interest of providing all guests with the experience they have come to expect from us, we ask that reservations of greater than 10 guests join us in the private dining room rather than the main space.

We regret that due to the nature of our space we are unable to accommodate groups of 23 – 59 guests.

For gatherings of 60-80 guests, we are pleased to offer an
Exclusive Restaurant rental.

For these events, guests are provided exclusive use of the Restaurant space and patio for their chosen meal period.  Exclusive Restaurant rentals are available year-round from 10:30am – 3:00pm and 5:00pm – 12:00am and carry with them a rental fee of $5000 in addition to a minimum, pre-HST expenditure in food and beverage tied to projected business levels on the day of your visit, however, we are pleased to waive the rental for events held from October 31 – May 1.

Corporate Day Meetings

Business Meetings, Working Lunches and/or Dinners and Entertaining Clients are all occasions that we see often hosted in our private room. 

The private dining room includes use of our 80-inch SMART TV for presentations.
Additionally, for larger corporate events such as guest speaker dinners, awards banquets, classroom style set up for presentations, training or other as well as cocktail receptions for networking or social connecting. A/V equipment such as a screen and projector and microphone, amp and podium are available for a supplementary fee.
