We are excited to announce the opening of the Restaurant at Redstone in June 2015. The 80-seat restaurant, private dining room and spacious outdoor patio space will showcase the seasonally and locally inspired cuisine of Chef David Sider. Our philosophy is to create a cuisine centered on honesty, freshness and an unwavering commitment to our region. We strive to capture the seasons within the seasons, no matter how short, to create an experience based upon a ‘sense of place’, that can only exist because of where we are.

David Sider – Executive Chef
A Vineland native, Chef David Sider traveled extensively at a young age and he credits the experience for spurring his interest in food. However, it is not until he took his first job as a restaurant dishwasher in 2004, that he realized the budding interest would lead to a passion and eventually a career.
In 2007, David left Niagara to train in great kitchens such as Splendido and Langdon Hall further honing his skills with stages at Michelin-starred restaurants (In De Wulf & Le Gavroche. The experience gained under the mentorship of notorious chefs like David Lee and Jonathan Gushue, earned him the title of Restaurant Chef at the Wickaninnish Inn Relais & Chateaux in Tofino, British Columbia.
After 8 years away, David is thrilled to come back to his native Vineland to lead The Restaurant at Redstone. With his unwavering commitment to the region and his drive to create a cuisine centered on freshness, honesty and a sense of place, Chef Sider couldn’t be a better fit for The Restaurant at Redstone.
