At The Restaurant at Redstone our culinary philosophy is centered on honesty, freshness and an unwavering commitment to our region. To this end Chef Sider carefully sources all of his ingredients from like-minded suppliers who share the same commitment to authenticity, sustainability and quality.

This new dinner series will focus on individual farmers who work tirelessly to supply the most amazing regional produce available.  You will meet the personalities behind the ingredients and learn why they are so passionate about what they do and just how important it is for us all to know where our food comes from.
